COMFORT M20000 SYSTEM

M20000 is tilt and turn opening system with thermal break which exclusively combines with stainless steel (PVC groove) hardware.

This system offers satisfying thermal insulation and enhanced security level.

  • Basic depth of system 62.5mm.
  • Stainless steel mechanism of 16mm with security locking bolts (mushroom shape) can be easily installed with valuable time savings.
  • Special reinforcement in the frame profiles for screwing and supporting the hinges.
  • Appropriate distance of 4mm between the sash and the frame for continuous application of sealing gaskets even behind the hinges.
  • Glass reinforced polyamide (24mm in the frames and 20mm in the sashes) which offers increased thermal insulation (Uf =2,7-3,0 W/m2K).
  • Glass thickness up to 44mm and sash weight up to 130kg.

COMFORT M9650 SYSTEM

The M9650 is an economical thermal break system with a special glass-fiber reinforced polyamide and a satisfactory level of insulation.

Certified by the German institute IFT Rosenheim, provides basic insulation, and can be combined without significant aesthetics difference in the same building with the frame system M11000, since they have the same characteristics and the same design lines.

  • Basic depth of system 50mm.
  • Glazing surfaces up to 30mm of total width could be applied and each sash shouldn’t more than 130Kg in weight.
  • Possibility to combine the system both of European or PVC groove hardware.
  • Glazing reinforced polyamide (18 mm to frame and sash) offers satisfied thermal insulation coefficient (Uf = 2,6 – 3,3 W/m²K).

COMFORT M20650 SYSTEM

M20650 is an insulated opening aluminium system which can combine both with European groove or PVC groove hardware. The basic feature of this system is that the outer frame completely covers the sash frame of the window, thus concealing it (“block window”).

  • Basic depth of system 62.5mm.
  • Its unique design offers very good value for money ratio, as well as a small visible aluminium surface in harmony with the modern architectural trends.
  • Sufficient thermal break zone is achieved with a glass reinforced polyamide of 24mm in the frame and also thanks to extra durable PVC double extruded glazing bead which blocks the heat transmittance.
  • Appropriate distance of 5mm between the sash and the frame for continuous application of sealing gaskets even behind the hinges.
  • Glass thickness up to 24mm and sash weight up to 130kg.
